Did you know that the average tenure of an ASG employee is almost 9 years? Or that 14 percent of our current staff was hired in the last year? We’re growing, and we thought you might be interested in learning more about the fantastic environment we offer our team.

  • Strong work-life balance. We value a family-first environment and respect our employees’ time outside of the office. In fact, check out some past blog posts that highlight what life outside of the office is all about here at ASG.
  • Fun working environment. Our offices regularly hold events—like golf tournaments or BBQs—and the kitchen is frequently filled with tasty food. Our team is healthy and active, however, and most employees participate in biking, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor sports and activities.
  • Independence. We pride ourselves in hiring smart, motivated employees. Roles are clearly defined, but our employees are self-directed, which allows them to enjoy an independence that contributes to their success.
  • Integrated sales teams. Our integrated sales teams include an account executive, an engineer, a customer service representative, a product specialist, and a maintenance specialist. There are also post-sales engineers, proposal writers, and subject matter experts. Together, these talented teams provide a competitive agility that’s hard to beat!

Be part of a growing team! Check out our current openings, and see some of the great ways that ASG and our employees are making a difference.
