ASG offers easy billing options—including P.O. netting, in which ASG applies refund credits to new purchases.

Problem Resolution

ASG acts as your contract administrator, and we report any and all problems directly to our vendors' customer support organizations. ASG has a strong relationship with its partners, and communicates daily with our vendors to resolve end user issues. You'll also have additional resources from your dedicated team of support specialists.

Account Management

When vendor support levels include account manager services, ASG keeps these services intact when your purchase contracts through ASG. All aspects of the direct relationship between our customers and vendors remain the same—ASG only augments these services.
